ACEAND SPARE PARTS, was founded at the end of 2016, in Collado Villalba (Madrid). It belongs to the group of companies of the Aceña family, companies that began their journey in the spare parts sector in 1983, with a small store VILLALBA CAMIONES S.L. dedicated to the sale of spare parts for commercial vehicles, in 1997, ACEÑA MOTOR S.L. was founded as a Nissan sub-dealer, keeping active both VILLALBA CAMIONES S.L. and the new company ACEÑA MOTOR, but in different facilities, in 2005, both companies joined together in the same facilities. In 2010 ACEAND SERMOVIL S.L. was founded. S.L. was founded in 2010 as a dealership company of the ISUZU brand and at the same time as a multi-brand company for the repair of industrial vehicles. In 2013 the company AUTOMOTOR ACEÑA S.L. was established. to replace the pioneer company of the group, VILLALBA CAMIONES S.L. and to resume the sales of spare parts for commercial vehicles that had been paralyzed in recent years.
From this movement and group of companies in 2016, it was decided to create a company dedicated to the sale of spare parts for Japanese and Korean vehicles, so a collaboration agreement was reached with the French company Nippon Pieces and Service (NPS), one of the main global distributors of spare parts for this type of vehicles, During the first three years, the company developed its activity in Collado Villalba and in 2020, the company decided to open new facilities in Madrid, which is where the main warehouse, offices and logistics are currently located.
In the new facilities, in addition to the NPS product, which they were distributing, a new line of work is incorporated, which is the sale of original and alternative spare parts for light trucks of Asian origin, thus serving brands such as NISSAN, FUSO, ISUZU, IVECO and TOYOTA. The facilities, the work team and customer service hours were expanded.
